Too extreme to be called beer? 120 Minute is brewed to a colossal 45-degree plato, boiled for a full two hours while being continuously hopped with high-alpha American hops, then dry-hopped daily in the fermenter for a month and aged for another month on whole-leaf hops! Clocking in between 15-20% ABV and 120 IBUs, 120 Minute is by far the biggest IPA ever brewed! It's easy to see why we call this beer THE HOLY GRAIL for hopheads! VERY RARE 2013 VINTAGE NOT AVAILABLE FOR SAMPLER OR TASTES!

American Wild Ale. Luscious ripe red raspberries are elegantly intertwined with a bountiful amount of lactic acidity and delicate barrel nuances to cultivate this stunning sour ale. Slightly hazy dark ruby color with just a bit of brownish foam. Aroma has tart, fermented fruit notes, mostly sour cherries and raspberries. Taste follows with tart fruits

and a hint of yeast funk. Light, dry body with a good amount of carbonation. Overall it's a

quite nice fruit sour.

Session Sour. This quencher made with lime peel, black lime and sea salt. It’s a citrusy-tart union of three German styles of beer blissfully brewed into one. First a straightforward Kolsch with lots of wheat and Munich Malt. Second, a salty Gose with black limes, coriander and our sea salt. Third, with a citrusy-tart Berlinerweiss made with lime juice and lime peel. All three beers are then blended together in the fermentation tank to create this German hybrid. ABV: 4.9% DE

Imperial Stout. Aromas of a charred raisin bagel, alcohol-soaked Bing cherries, molasses, licorice, vanilla, vinous alcohol, espresso and baker's chocolate all come to mind. Creamy and a little syrupy. Dense flavor profile slowly unfolds with each sip and each degree it warms up. Choco-goodness seems the strongest out of the bunch, molasses, charcoal, molten chocolate cake flavors blanket the taste buds. Alcohol dials in quite cleanly. An extremely enjoyable sipper.

Espresso American Double Imperial Stout. Made with local Espresso beans, aroma is richly roasted with coffee, licorice, & dark chocolate. Low carbonation with a fantastic mouth feel. Starts out with rich dark chocolate, roasted malts, licorice, & dark fruits. Together in a smooth but roasted palate that lasts for several seconds than nicely transcends with a very creamy mild espresso sensation. Just like some of their

other high ABV brews, watch this one. It

will creep up on you. Delicious!

American Double/Imperial IPA. Also noted as a New England IPA. Oats, Wheat, Mosaic & Galaxy Hops. Sticky resinous DIPA with a nice dose of citrus and tropical fruits, well balanced by a slightly sweet malt presence. Alcohol is well hidden. Medium, sticky mouthfeel with just about the right amount of carbonation. Lots of hop flavor and aroma with little bitterness. Smooth finish. Another beer I'm very impressed with!

WEYERBACHER SUNDAY MORNING American Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels. The result? A beautiful ebony pour with a large, creamy, off-white head. Nose involves big whiskey aroma, oak with light char, dark chocolate, with a heavy alcohol vapor presence, Some nutty and toasted notes, touches of dark fruit, mint, and herbs, and some roasted coffee. Quite sweet, fairly bitter. Full bodied, sharp with alcohol, finishing dry and warm with roasted coffee, dark chocolate, and whiskey. Outstanding!

ABV: 11.3% PA

Deep orange hue, excellent lacing. Semi-pungent citric oil hop aroma, hints of pineapple & granny smith apple skin as well. Super smooth and creamy viscous mouth feel. Hay like, citric zest, toasted malt, fruit with passion fruit and a fruit punch like flavor. Soft yet muscular bitterness ... lots of hop petal flavor, aka "grassy". Alcohol brings some warmth and fruitiness to the table with more of a subtle pear and mango flavor. Maharaja quickly became classic among the über hopheads. A "kick in the pants Double IPA".
