A refreshing neo-Berliner Weisse. Firm peach aroma with a mildly tart nose with hints of wheat. Very refreshing from a blast of tartness and a deep crispness from the moderate body. The tartness has a perfect snap to it rather than trying to rip your taste buds out. In the core of the tartness sits the peach flavor, with green apple flavors swirling around it. From middle to end, it's soft, but the malt flavor grows and vanishes quickly as dryness sets in and the aftertaste shows its cleanliness. By far, one of the best summer seasonals!

TWO ROADS PASSION FRUIT GOSE Featuring a nose of BIG tropical fruit, along with notes of sourness. The taste is of light wheat and a perfect harmony of tartness and sweet fruit that's mingled with salinity to really bring the flavors to life. (salt, yeast and cloves are also noticeable) Mouthfeel is light & refreshing. Salt and wheat bitterness adds tartness to the sweet passionfruit taste. All the goodness of a gose, and throw in some passionfruit... Yes please! ABV: 5.2% CT

American DBL/Imperial IPA. So called because of the "ruinous" effect on your palate. This massive hop monster has a wonderfully delicious and intensely bitter flavor on a refreshing malt base. Hop aromatics are massively fruity, with tons of melon, tropical fruit and citrus followed by resiny pine notes. Medium bodied with a dry, substantially citrusy, bitter finish. One taste and you can easily see why we call this brew "a liquid poem to the glory of the hop!"

Czech Pilsener. Cloudy yellow with barely any head. Smell is very malty with some floral hops. Taste is a great mix of barley and hops: baked bread, crackers, sour/bitter citrus and grass. Moderately bitter grassy, earthy & spicy hops pair nicely with biscuity pilsner malt. Refreshing with a semi-dry and somewhat bitter finish. Great pilsner; it's something you could drink all day.
