German Märzen/Oktoberfest. A rather soft and mellow, medium-bodied malt texture hits you first. Full-bodied, rich, and toasty, with a moderately high alcohol content. The dark bready malt rolls in next, dark wheat, honey rye bread with burnt caramel seems about right for The first impression of the taste. Then there is the herbal, dry-earthy hop side and long, buttery lager yeast that seem to meld together and give some excellent support to the heady malt complexity.

American Imperial Stout. Charred coffee and raisin stand out most in the nose along with sweet bourbon. Sweet alcohol and bourbon barrel come up big on the palate. Has rich chocolate flavor with hints of vanilla and a touch of smoky bacon. The alcohol sweetness comes through as it warms. The bourbon is present... booze and oak. Mild hopping at the finish to tame the sweetness. Complex... creamy and smooth on the tongue. Warming. A highly enjoyable offering.

100% Brett Farmhouse Saison Appearance is pale straw yellow and slightly cloudy. Aroma is earthy, horse blanket, typical brettanomyces. Taste is sweet biscuity malt with a definite earthy taste. Mouthfeel is light, but funky, and very dry. Just a fantastic take on this Farmhouse Saison. The brett compliments the beer way better than I'd expected. Finish is very dry. Only a bit of funk from the brett... very subdued which is not a bad thing and it let's all of the flavors come to light. ABV: 6.0% York, PA

Pumpkin Ale. The King of the Pumpkins, the mother of all pumpkin ales. Either way, it is heartier, spicier and more “caramelly” and “pumpkiny” than its faint brethren! They have added lots of pumpkin along with cinnamon, nutmeg and a touch of cardamom and clove, giving this beer a spicy, full-bodied flavor. This truly is an Imperial Pumpkin Ale. Perfect finisher on a cool autumn night or match it up with a slice of pumpkin pie and fresh whipped cream.
